The founding members of Georgiaโs Environmental Managers Association are environmental managers or professionals with intensive experience in the field of environment and have come together for the purpose of establishing and forming the Association.
The founding members determine the initial composition of the Associationโs Board and accordingly appoint its members. Prior to the establishment of the General Assembly, the founding members elect and appoint the President of the Association.
The founding members are authorized to agree upon and submit the candidate for the position of President of the Association to the General Assembly for approval.
